Bernabé O'Rourke
He has more than 10 years of professional experience in the Executive Search market,
C-Level executive searches, senior and middle management in Latin America such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Colombia.
He led business verticals such as Agribusiness, Industry and Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals,
Consumer Goods, Energy, Mining, and Financial Services, among others.
He has acted in the implementation and expansion of start-ups for multinational companies in
Latin America, promoting the business intelligence strategy for capital businesses
human and executive search.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management. Humanities, both from the Catholic University of Argentina.
He speaks 3 languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Gisele Gimenez
She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a comprehensive view of the field. She has developed a solid track record in Executive Search for over five years, leading recruitment processes for C-Level executives, middle managers, and senior management in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, and Chile). She also has over eight years of experience in HR Business Partner roles at large companies in Argentina and Brazil.
Her 360° approach to Human Resources has allowed her to serve as a strategic consultant for senior management, lead leadership and cultural transformation programs, and apply a data-driven vision aimed at offering effective solutions based on data analysis.
She holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in the same field from the Universidad del CEMA. She holds certifications in People Analytics, Scrum Master, Change Management, and Strategic Leadership.
He speaks 2 languages: Spanish and Portuguese.
